We leverage relationships in each market to execute the business plan. We utilize the skills of top-tier property management, reliable and swift maintenance personnel, contactors, and vendors

Returns

Our investors are given a preferred return which averages and 8% annualized cash flow. We make quarterly distributions and provide financial reports to our investors.
