I was born and raised in San Diego California by two Incredible parents who have spent more than half their lives serving in the church as pastors, mentors, and just plain doing good for others. My home had open doors for which people were welcome to gather and enjoy one another. It was a place for people to rest, recharge and feel a sense of family, especially for those who couldn't experience it with their biological families. I have been truly blessed to have such an amazing family who strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. I have maintained a generous and compassionate heart for people and continue to make helping and encouraging people a focus.
I was a firefighter from 2011 to 2015 and was able to leverage my certifications to travel and work around the world. Working overseas was part of what started my journey into Real Estate. I was able to utilize the tax-exempt money I earned to purchase my first rental property in Dallas, Texas at the age of 25. Following purchasing this property I took an interest in the construction industry. I worked my way up to a construction project manager. I worked as a project manager for a construction company for over 5 years. Throughout that time of repositioning real estate assets, I developed the skills to thoroughly vet properties, identify problems, devise creative and cost-effective solutions, and create and implement business plans. After years of working in the industry, I decided to redirect my focus to real estate investing.
My main skills are leadership, logistics, and problem-solving. I enjoy responding to unexpected problems in real-time with the agility and precision necessary to provide viable solutions.

My name is Tim Burkhardt. At 8 years old, I knocked on every door in my residential neighborhood, offering to do odd jobs. I have maintained an entrepreneurial mindset into adulthood. I purchased my first home in Dallas, Texas at the age of 25 and have been interested in real estate investment ever since.
